Keith Thibault has served as director of FRCTV since July of 2000. Keith has worked in community television since 1994, first serving as director of New Bedford’s Public Access Television station. Born and raised in Fall River, Keith graduated from BMC Durfee High School in 1983 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Media from Fitchburg State College in 1987. From 1987 to 1994, Keith served as a news and sports reporter/anchor for WNBH Radio in New Bedford. As director, Keith oversees the overall operation of FRCTV.

Ricardo (Ric) Rebelo has worked at FRCTV since November of 1999. Prior to that Ric was the news director at the Portuguese Channel in New Bedford. Ric is a graduate of BMC Durfee High School and received his Associate’s Degree in Communications from Bristol Community College and his Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications at Rhode Island College. Ric has also worked for the Rhode Island International Film Festival and worked as an extra on Home Improvement. During the early 90’s Ric served in the US Navy in the public affairs department.. Ric serves as the FRCTV training and production coordinator. He also performs equipment maintenance and produces and directs various FRCTV programs.  E-mail Ric

Michelle L. Dumais has served at Fall River Community Television since October 2001. Before coming to FRCTV she worked at Cable 9 in Seekonk from September 2000- March 2002. Michelle Graduated from B.M.C. Durfee High School in 1990 then continued her education at Bristol Community College (BCC). At BCC Michelle graduated in 1993 with an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts. Michelle continued her education at UMASS Amherst where she graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. Michelle serves as FRCTV’s programming coordinator. She also coordinates equipment reservations and produces and directs FRCTV programs. E-mail Michelle
