Producers can download the following forms to reserve FRCTV equipment and facilities. Only certified producers will be allowed to reserve FRCTV equipment. Anyone submitting a program to FRCTV must include the Cablecast Request Form.
Studio Request Form- Producers can use this form to reserve the FRCTV Studio.
Editing Request Form- This form should be complted by users looking to use one of our computer editing stations.
Portable Request Form- This form allows producers to reserve field production equipment.
Cablecast Request Form- Any producer or Fall River resident or organization can download this form to place a program on FRCTV.
Talent Release Form- This form can be used by producers to secure permission to video tape individuals during a production.
